The question raised herein is with regard to the<\/p>\n<p>validity of the impugned orders declining the approval of<\/p>\n<p>appointment of the petitioner in W.P.(C)No.37356\/2008.<\/p>\n<p>      3.  Along with I.A.No.2015\/11 in W.P.(C)No.37356\/08,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has produced a Government Order dated<\/p>\n<p>8.11.2010 which relates to regularisation of Lab Assistants who<\/p>\n<p>were appointed upto the date of the said Government Order. The<\/p>\n<p>Government as per the said order has directed that the<\/p>\n<p>sanctioned post of Lab Assistants in the Higher Secondary<\/p>\n<p>Schools sanctioned from 1990-91 upto 1998-99 will be limited to<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;two&#8217; from the date of issuance of the order by not filling up<\/p>\n<p>vacancies in posts over and above             the present sanctioned<\/p>\n<p>strength(2) in future.\n<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C)Nos. 37356 &amp; 37696\/08<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                       -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      4.    The impugned orders are, therefore, quashed.
