Bimlesh Jha, son of Ramgulam Jha, resident of village -\n                         Simrauka, P.S. - Khizarsarai, District - Gaya.\n                                                                 --------- Petitioners.\n                                                Versus\n                   The State of Bihar                     ------Opposite Party\n                                                ******\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   27.09.2011                  Supplementary affidavit has been filed on<\/p>\n<p>                       behalf of the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                       learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioners, apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                       connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 64\/2011 for<\/p>\n<p>                       the offences under Sections 147\/148\/149\/448\/323\/324<\/p>\n<p>                       \/325\/379\/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27<\/p>\n<p>                       of the Arms Act, are named accused in this case of<\/p>\n<p>                       assault.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Submission is that there is counter version<\/p>\n<p>                       also and three co-accused namely, Raj Kumar Singh,<\/p>\n<p>                       Ukakant Jha and Chandan singh having almost similar<\/p>\n<p>                       allegation have been granted anticipatory bail by a<\/p>\n<p>                       Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.09.2011 passed<\/p>\n<p>                       in Cr. Misc. No. 28728\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>           the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>           a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioners<\/p>\n<p>           be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of<\/p>\n<p>           Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>           of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>           Judicial   Magistrate,    Gaya,    in   connection     with<\/p>\n<p>           Khizarsarai P.S.
