Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the<br \/>\nlearned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State.<br \/>\nG.RAJASURIA, J<br \/>\nsj\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. At the hearing it transpired that already the learned District Munsif<br \/>\ncum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, ordered further investigation in Crime<br \/>\nNo.89 of 2006.  The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit<br \/>\nthat the police is in receipt of the order.  Hence in these facts and<br \/>\ncircumstances of the case the Police is directed to complete the further<br \/>\ninvestigation within a period of one month.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.
