No.28881 of 2009\n                              RAJIV RANJAN KUMAR PANDEY\n                                              Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>8\/      11.08.2010             In view of the order dated 29.06.2010,<\/p>\n<p>                     husband    (petitioner)   and    wife   (complainant)      are<\/p>\n<p>                     personally present in Chamber and both express their<\/p>\n<p>                     desire to live together peacefully.<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner is taking his wife today from this<\/p>\n<p>                     Court to his house. He undertakes that he will keep<\/p>\n<p>                     his wife with love, care and affection. The wife will also<\/p>\n<p>                     cooperate with the husband.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               As   prayed     for,   put    up   this   case   on<\/p>\n<p>                     27.10.2010 in Chamber at 4.20 pm.
