This Court by order, dated 19.11.2009 in W.P.No.10489 of 2008, had<br \/>\ndirected the petitioner  to appear before the fourth responden,t on receipt of<br \/>\nthe said order and thereafter,  the fourth respondent shall  provide physical<br \/>\nprotection  to the petitioner, as per law.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. At this stage of hearing of the Contempt Petition, the learned counsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the directions issued<br \/>\nby this Court had been complied with.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not<br \/>\nrefuted the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5.
