No.36886 of 2010\n                         JULMI MALLIK, SON OF KAILASH MALLIK.\n                                            Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03    13.01.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                    as learned P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                    Tariyani P.S. Case No. 94 of 2010 registered under Section<\/p>\n<p>                    363 and 366 A of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  As per prosecution case itself, the informant&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                    wife started residing with the petitioner along with her two<\/p>\n<p>                    months old daughter four years ago. Subsequently, it is alleged<\/p>\n<p>                    that petitioner tried to kidnap the informant&#8217;s another daughter<\/p>\n<p>                    aged about 13 years, but he was caught by the villagers.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering        the   aforesaid   facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, above<\/p>\n<p>                    named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                    like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                    Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with above stated Tariyani<\/p>\n<p>                    P.S.
