NAND LAL YADAV, SON OF JUGAL YADAV\n        ALL ARE RESIDENT OF VILLAGE-BELARHI, P.S.-RAMGARH, DISTRICT-\n        KAIMUR.\n                                                  Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        ............\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.     24.01.2011        Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                    Additional Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                    for the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioners seek their bail in Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 110 of<\/p>\n<p>                    2010 registered under section 302\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                              Although petitioners are named in the First Information<\/p>\n<p>                    Report but admittedly, the informant has not seen the actual killing of<\/p>\n<p>                    the deceased. The order of learned Sessions Judge reveals that<\/p>\n<p>                    witnesses came to know about the names of the petitioners from the<\/p>\n<p>                    mouth of the informant who stated to the witnesses that while he was<\/p>\n<p>                    going towards field he had seen the petitioners fleeing away from<\/p>\n<p>                    there in suspicious condition. Furthermore, it appears that there was<\/p>\n<p>                    long standing enmity between the petitioners and the informant and<\/p>\n<p>                    allegedly, they had given threatening to commit the murder of the<\/p>\n<p>                    informant as well as other family members.
