They are also represented<\/p>\n<p>by the counsel. After discussions, the claims raised in this case<\/p>\n<p>were agreed to be settled on the following terms.<\/p>\n<p>     i.    Sum of Rs. 50,000\/- (Rs. Fifty thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>deposited pursuant to the order of the High Court dated<\/p>\n<p>28.11.2002 will be allowed to be drawn by the 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>forthwith;\n<\/p>\n<p>     ii.   In addition to the above payment, the 2nd appellant<\/p>\n<p>will pay a further sum of Rs.1.25 lakhs (Rs.One lakh twenty five<\/p>\n<p>thousand only) to the 1st respondent within a period of 2 =<\/p>\n<p>months from this date. If there is failure to make the payment<\/p>\n<p>directly or by deposit in the Family Court, Kottayam within the<\/p>\n<p>said period, the 1st respondent will be entitled to recover the<\/p>\n<p>amount from the 2nd appellant together with interest @ 9%<\/p>\n<p>thereon from this date till the date of payment.
