SANKARAN, J.\n                 ............................................................................\n                              W.P.(C) No. 15814 OF 2008\n                 ............................................................................\n                               Dated this the 18th August, 2008\n\n                                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The petitioner applied to the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher (English)<\/p>\n<p>pursuant to Ext. P1 notification. After qualifying in the written test, the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>called for the interview . At the time of interview, it is stated that, the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>required to produce an equivalency certificate from any of the Universities in Kerala for<\/p>\n<p>the degree secured by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2. The petitioner has passed B.Ed degree course conducted by the Dakshina<\/p>\n<p>Bharath Hindi Prachar Sabha with two optional subjects.<\/p>\n<p>        I have disposed of          W.P.(C) No.33078 of 2007 and connected cases on<\/p>\n<p>07.08.2008 by a common judgment.                 The issues involved in the present case are<\/p>\n<p>similar to the issues involved in W.P.(C) 33078 of                      2007 and connected cases.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in the same terms as in the judgment<\/p>\n<p>dated 07.08.2008.       The directions and orders issued as per the judgment dated<\/p>\n<p>07.08.2008 shall be followed in this case also. The judgment in W.P.(C) No.33078 of<\/p>\n<p>2007 and connected cases will form a part of this judgment and shall be appended to<\/p>\n<p>this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                           K.T.
