Tiwari, PP, for the State.\nMr.Hemant Jain, for Respondents.\n\n\n       Learned counsel for the petitioner              argued that no trunk or\nanything is manufactured in the said premises - petitioner is a business\nman, doing business, complying with all law and regulations under a valid\nlicense and business is his right as well as means of livelihood. Argued\nthat business is that of sale of containers like trunk made of metallic\nsheets and only work, if carried out, are of removing denting etc. of\nsuch metallic sheet    containers         and that   also by a wooden hammer.\nArgued that even as per orders of court below, no manufacturing work\ndone at other premises and manufacturing establishment is else where.\nStated that due to ill-will, complainant has initiated these proceedings.\n       Learned counsel for the respondents argued that findings of the\nlearned Magistrate are based on evidence - admittedly at best business is\nthat of   selling of metallic containers - even if repaired at large scale\nwhich creates nuisance.\n       Considered. As per order impugned, petitioners are restrained from\nrepairing and manufacturing of trunk either in shop or at outer portion.\nClearly only manufacture        and repair is prohibited. Specifically it is\nmentioned that business       can be carried. The order, as above, is very\nclear and reasoned one - no interference             by invoking the provisions of\nSection 482, Cr.P.C., is called for.\n       The petition is dismissed.\n\n\n                                              (C.
