As per the<br \/>\npetitioner, the c_oin:piain&#8217;ant&#8221;~had,_ iiexecuited a power of attorney and on the<\/p>\n<p>strength of the povirer. ofattorney executed on 29.1 1.2007, he has sold the<\/p>\n<p> piropertytini fayour&#8217;i&#8217;of 2&#8243;&#8216;; petitioner. One Narasimha Reddy has \ufb01led a civil suit<\/p>\n<p>for-..__injnnctiton&#8221;&#8216;and declaration.
