on 16 December, 2008<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<pre><\/pre>\n<p>                                          &gt; <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=Title\">Title<\/a>: The Minister of State in the Department of Industrila Policy and\u00a0Promotion Ministry of Commerce and Industry laid a statement regarding Status of implementation of the recommendations contained in the 69th Reports of Standing Committee on Commerce on \u201cForeign Direct Investment\u201d, pertaining to the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commernce and Industry.\u00a0   <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL POLICY AND PROMOTION, MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (SHRI ASHWANI KUMAR):\u00a0 Sir, I beg to lay a statement on the status of implementation of recommendations, contained in 69th Report of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Commerce on the subject \u2018Foreign Direct Investment\u2019 on the direction of the Speaker, Lok Sabha, in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 389 (New Direction 73A) of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha vide Bulletin Part-II dated September, 01, 2004.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All the recommendations of the Committee have been considered in the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion.\u00a0 The action as recommended by the Committee has either already been taken or has been initiated.\u00a0 The status of implementation of these recommendations is given in the Annexure which is laid on the Table.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>       \u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p> \u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>* Laid on the Table and also placed in Library, See No. LT- 9803\/2008  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lok Sabha Debates The Minister Of State In The Department Of Industrial Policy And &#8230;
