No.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> 2         Patna High Court LPA No.1453 of 2011 (2) dt.30-09-2011<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                2\/2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                   977 of 2011, the writ petitioner has preferred the present Appeal<br \/>\n                   under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    The impugned order made by the learned single<br \/>\n                   Judge is in consonance with the judgment of the Full Bench on this<br \/>\n                   count in the matter of Rajendra Prasad Sah v.
