Mr.G.Marimuthu\n\n^\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis Civil Revision Petition is focussed to direct the Additional District<br \/>\nCourt (Fast Track Court No.IV), Periyakulam, to dispose of the suit in<br \/>\nO.S.No.105 of 2005 within the stipulated time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. In view of the order which is going to be passed, no notice to the<br \/>\nrespondents is necessary.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. The grievance of the petitioner is that she being a sexagenarian lady<br \/>\nhaving filed the suit for partition even in the year 2005, is waiting for its<br \/>\ndisposal till now.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. The learned Counsel for the petitioner\/plaintiff would submit that the<br \/>\nwritten statement was also filed by the respondents\/defendants and issues were<br \/>\nframed, but the trial is yet to commence.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t6. Hence, even as per the High Court directions in respect of Senior<br \/>\nCitizen cases, priority should be given and it could be disposed of on priority<br \/>\nbasis.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t7. Here, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would pray for early<br \/>\ndisposal of the matter on the ground that the petitioner is an elderly lady.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t8. Since the suit is for partition, I am of the considered opinion that<br \/>\nthe following direction could be given:\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe learned trial Judge shall do well to see that the matter is disposed<br \/>\nof within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<br \/>\norder.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t9.
