The communication is enclosed with the following<br \/>\nstatements:\n<\/p>\n<p>(i)\tStatement<br \/>\nof the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vadodara Division,<\/p>\n<p>(ii)\tStatement<br \/>\nof Jayshreebehen Maheshkumar Amritlal, wife of the convict,  and<\/p>\n<p>(iii)\tStatement<br \/>\n\tof the Police Sub Inspector, Desar Police Station.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tTaking<br \/>\n\tinto consideration the contents of the statements, more particularly<br \/>\n\tof the wife, namely, Jayshreebehen Maheshkumar Amritlal, the Court<br \/>\n\tfinds no reason to grant temporary bail to the present applicant-<br \/>\n\tconvict.
