In the light of the said submission, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty with the petitioner to file a<\/p>\n<p>fresh writ petition in relation to the same subject matter and also<\/p>\n<p>challenging Ext.R3(a) report submitted by the Sub-Committee on<\/p>\n<p>Recategorisation of Vypeen and Mulavukadu Islands as CRZ IV in the<\/p>\n<p>Coastal Zone Management Plan of the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                       Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         (P.N.
