Chhabra\n        For the State                        : A.P.P.\n\n\n                                     -----------\n\n02 \/02.02.2011<\/pre>\n<p>               Petitioner is an accused in a case registered u\/s 394\/412 of the Indian<br \/>\n               Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the<br \/>\n               petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case; allegation of recovery from his<br \/>\n               house is baseless; recovery was made on the basis of confessional statement of one<br \/>\n               Chotelal, who along with petitioner, reside in the same house; story of identification<br \/>\n               is concocted which is evident from para 7 of the statement of the informant-P.W.5;<br \/>\n               petitioner is in custody since, February, 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned A.P.P. Opposed the petitioner&#8217;s prayer for bail, but after<br \/>\n               perusal of the case diary he has not disputed the said contentions of learned counsel<br \/>\n               for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the<br \/>\n               petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<br \/>\n               Rs.10,000\/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount, each, to<br \/>\n               the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with<br \/>\n               Baghmara(Sonadih) P.S. Case No. 33 of 2010 corresponding to G.R.
