Rule returnable on<br \/>\n5th April 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThere<br \/>\nwill be ad interim relief in terms of paragraph 6(i) on condition<br \/>\nthat the applicant will deposit the entire awarded amount with the<br \/>\nTribunal before the<br \/>\nreturnable date. On the deposit being made, 70% of the same will be<br \/>\ninvested by way of F.D.R. in a nationalized Bank initially for a<br \/>\nperiod of three years and on maturity shall be renewed by one year at<br \/>\na time till the disposal of the appeal.<br \/>\nThe quarterly Interest accruing on such deposit will be<br \/>\npaid to the  claimants.\n<\/p>\n<p>The said FDR shall be retained with the Nazir of the Tribunal.
