DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 28\/12\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplicant-prisoner has preferred this application to grant  parole<br \/>\nleave for a period of 21 days on the ground for arranging finance for<br \/>\nthe cesarean of his daughter.  It is further submitted that no other<br \/>\nperson is there in the family except the applicant to take care of<br \/>\nhis daughter who has recently undergone cesarean.  It is further<br \/>\nsubmitted that in the past the applicant has enjoyed parole and<br \/>\nfurlough leave and also released on temporary bail but all the time<br \/>\nthe applicant has surrendered in time and his jail record is without<br \/>\nany blemish.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nall the above aspects, jail record of the applicant, I am inclined to<br \/>\ngrant parole leave for a period of two weeks to the applicant so that<br \/>\nhe can make financial arrangement for the expenses of the  cesarean<br \/>\nof his daughter.  The applicant is ordered to be enlarged on parole<br \/>\nfor a period of two weeks by furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2,000\/-<br \/>\n(Rupees Two Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority.<br \/>\n On completion of the above period, the applicant shall surrender<br \/>\nbefore the jail authority without fail.  Petition stands disposed of<br \/>\naccordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect<br \/>\nservice is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>[ANANT<br \/>\nS.
