Heard       the    learned     counsel      for     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners     and        Mrs.   Veena      Rani    Jaiswal,<\/p>\n<p>                   learned A.P.P. for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                            The     petitioners           are    apprehending<\/p>\n<p>                   their   arrest       in    a   case    registered         under<\/p>\n<p>                   Section 366A\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                            It      is         alleged          against        the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners and others to have enticed away<\/p>\n<p>                   the daughter of the informant.<\/p>\n<p>                             The    statement        of    the    victim       girl<\/p>\n<p>                   under   Section       164      Cr.     P.    C.     has     been<\/p>\n<p>                   recorded where she claims herself to be 20<\/p>\n<p>                   years of age. Though the learned court below<\/p>\n<p>                   assessed her age between 15-16 years.                        In<\/p>\n<p>                   164 Cr. P.C. statement the victim girl has<\/p>\n<p>                   claimed to have married with Ranjit of her<\/p>\n<p>                   own sweet will, since her father wanted to<\/p>\n<p>                   marry with an old person due to step mother<\/p>\n<p>                   in the house.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            It     is    further        submitted       that     no<\/p>\n<p>                   medical examination of the victim girl was<\/p>\n<p>                   done to assess the age of the victim and<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        other accused persons have been granted bail<\/p>\n<p>        vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 10718 of 2011 and 2705<\/p>\n<p>        of   2011     on       08.04.2011     and        01.03.2011.<\/p>\n<p>        10,0000.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Considering        the   aforesaid         facts,<\/p>\n<p>        let the petitioners, Bijay Sahani and Rudal<\/p>\n<p>        Sahani, be released on bail in the event of<\/p>\n<p>        arrest or surrender before the learned court<\/p>\n<p>        below within a period of twelve weeks from<\/p>\n<p>        today in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>        No. 52 of 2010 on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>        Rs.10,000\/-(Ten          Thousand)     each       with       two<\/p>\n<p>        sureties    of     the    like   amount     each       to    the<\/p>\n<p>        satisfaction       of    the   learned      S.    D.    J.    M.<\/p>\n<p>        Shivhar     at     Sitamarhi,        subject        to       the<\/p>\n<p>        conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)<\/p>\n<p>        of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<pre>U.
