He was, therefore, heard till 1.40 PM and when the<br \/>\nCourt was about to start dictation of the order rejecting the matter<br \/>\nas the Court was not convinced, the Party-in-person  again requested<br \/>\nfor an adjournment for production of complaint dated 16.12.2010. The<br \/>\naction on the part of the Party-in-person in taking the time of the<br \/>\nCourt is indeed unfortunate and depreciable.
