Case No.39 of 2010 for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                     punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307\/34 of<\/p>\n<p>                     the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Taking into consideration the submissions<\/p>\n<p>                     of the learned counsel that the allegation as<\/p>\n<p>                     set out in the F.I.R. is omnibus and general in<\/p>\n<p>                     nature and that the injuries on the person of<\/p>\n<p>                     the informant has been found to be simple, let<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner, Gobardhan Ram, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                     bail    on   furnishing   bail   bonds     of   Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                     (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n<p>                     Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                     Itarhi P.S.
