He pleads for out of<\/p>\n<p>turn release of his retiral benefits on ground that his daughter&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>marriage is fixed to be held on 22.11.2009. Taking all relevant<\/p>\n<p>facts and factors into consideration, I am satisfied that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has made out sufficient cause for out of turn release of<\/p>\n<p>his retiral benefits from out of the 10% earmarked by the KSRTC<\/p>\n<p>for such purpose in terms of the directions of the Division Bench<\/p>\n<p>of this Court.
