RATHORE\nMr. Dharmesh Jain, for petitioner\nMr. Pradeep Mathur, for respondent \n***\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThe instant criminal misc. petition u\/s.482 Cr.P.C. is directed against the order dt.31\/7\/2009 passed by the Additional District &amp; Sessions Judge, No.1 [Fast Track], Kota in Criminal Revision No.55\/2009, whereby the Revisional Court has dismissed the criminal revision and upheld the orders dt.02\/06\/2008 &amp; 29.08.2005 passed by Civil Judge [Jr.Div.] &amp; Judicial Magistrate, Itawa, District Kota in Criminal Case NO.276\/2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned trial court took cognizance of offence u\/s.138 of Negotiable Instrument Act against the petitioner vide order dt.29\/08\/2005 and vide order dt.02\/06\/2008 legal heirs of the complainant were brought on record during pendency of the proceedings.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUpon careful perusal of the orders impugned passed by the Court below, this Court find no illegality or error apparent on the face of the record which require any interference by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsequently, the criminal misc. petition fails being devoid of merit and is hereby dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t         [K.S.
