Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :17\/09\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                   ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n            = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n              W.P.(C) No. 22075 OF 2007 C\n            = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n          Dated this the 17th September, 2007\n\n                    J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>    The prayer in this writ petition is to declare the<\/p>\n<p>results   of   the   examination   conducted   at   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s Study Centre for M.B.A. Course affiliated<\/p>\n<p>to the 1st respondent-University.     According to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, though the examination was held as early as<\/p>\n<p>in March, 2006 the results have not been declared.<\/p>\n<p>Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that<\/p>\n<p>in view of certain irregularities in the conduct of the<\/p>\n<p>examination, the examination itself has been cancelled<\/p>\n<p>and that the same has been intimated to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>In view of the above, the relief sought for in the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition cannot be granted.
