P (C) No. 31581 of 2009\n                =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                 Dated this, the 18th November, 2009.\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The dispute in this writ petition is between the Bharat Sanchar<\/p>\n<p>Nigam Ltd., and the Kerala State Electricity Board, two Government<\/p>\n<p>entities. Several of their earlier disputes on identical questions were<\/p>\n<p>referred to a High Power Committee constituted for that purpose, in<\/p>\n<p>view of the Supreme Court decisions to the effect that disputes<\/p>\n<p>between Governmental entities should not be dragged to the courts.<\/p>\n<p>In view of the same, the learned standing counsel for the Kerala State<\/p>\n<p>Electricity Board submits that this dispute would also be referred to<\/p>\n<p>the High Power Committee.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the above circumstances, the writ petition is             closed<\/p>\n<p>recording the said undertaking. The High Power Committee shall<\/p>\n<p>give its decision within four months of entering on the disputes. Till<\/p>\n<p>then, status quo as on today shall be maintained.<\/p>\n<p>                                          Sd\/-  S.
