Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :06\/12\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                 V.GIRI, J.\n                     =========================\n                        W.P.(C)NO.34891 OF 2007\n                     =========================\n                  Dated this the 6th day of December 2007\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is presently working as a Tahsildar in the Revenue<\/p>\n<p>Department and she aspires for promotion to the post of Deputy<\/p>\n<p>Collector. According to the petitioner, seniority in the post of entry has<\/p>\n<p>not been correctly reckoned. Apparently, juniors have been promoted<\/p>\n<p>superceding her. Petitioner&#8217;s grievance has been brought to the notice<\/p>\n<p>of the government by Ext.P12 representation produced along with<\/p>\n<p>I.A.16051\/2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. After having heard the learned government pleader also, the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to hear the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and   take a decision on Ext.P12 within a period of two<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
