Respondents  \n\n      \n\n\tOriginal Application No.5804 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for the records of the fourth respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his proc.in Na.Ka.No.1966\/98 T1 dated 30.10.98, Na.Ka.No.1966\/98 T1, dated 27.11.98 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay the monthly pension sanctioned by the Government to the erstwhile village officials with effect from 1.10.1998 withholding the same and continuously pay the same till the date of death of the applicant.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\tFor petitioner        :  No appearance\n\n\tFor respondents    : Mr.S.Sivashanmugam,\n\t\t                Government Advocate.\n\n                            -----                              \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tWhen the matter was called on 16.2.2010, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.  Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption &#8220;for dismissal&#8221; on 17.2.2010.  Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.  The writ petition is dismissed for non  prosecution.
