Jasani, learned advocate for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tAfter<br \/>\nmaking some submissions, learned advocate for the petitioner states<br \/>\nthat the interest of justice would be met, if respondent No.1 is<br \/>\ndirected to consider representation dated 30.10.2010 of the<br \/>\npetitioner, expeditiously, as the petitioner apprehends that pursuant<br \/>\nto passing of Government Resolution dated 28.07.2010, service<br \/>\nconditions of the petitioner may be altered.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tUpon<br \/>\nthe above statement being made by the learned advocate for the<br \/>\npetitioner, and in view of the averments contained in the petition,<br \/>\nthe following order is passed:-\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRespondent<br \/>\nNo.1 is directed to consider representation dated 30.10.2010 made by<br \/>\nthe petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks<br \/>\nfrom the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
