The appellant was not satisfied therefore he filed a First Appeal., and subsequently a<br \/>\nsecond appeal with the Commiission<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Absent<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Sanjay Yadav Ex. Engr. Building HQ<br \/>\n               Representing Mr. Ravi Dass E-in- C, PIO at the time of appeal.<br \/>\nThe respondents explained how they had replied to all 21 queries though some of the queries<br \/>\ndid not seek information.
