Learned<\/p>\n<p>                    counsel for the State points out that the prayer made in<\/p>\n<p>                    this writ petition filed as Public Interest Litigation is<\/p>\n<p>                    vague and for implementation of a document annexed as<\/p>\n<p>                    Annexure-1 which appears to have been prepared by the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner and it has been described as &#8220;Ready for<\/p>\n<p>                    Operation-Vision 2020&#8221;.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Several problems such as corruption, food,<\/p>\n<p>                    environment, evasion of tax, counterfeit currency and<\/p>\n<p>                    landless have been mentioned in that document. Learned<\/p>\n<p>                    counsel for the State is correct that the prayer in this writ<\/p>\n<p>                    petition is too vague and bereft of necessary details for<\/p>\n<p>                    being taken as PIL.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           On the last two dates the matter was adjourned on<\/p>\n<p>                    the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner but no such<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         prayer for adjournment has been made today.
