\n        PIO,\u00a0Land\u00a0and\u00a0Building\u00a0Department,\u00a0Vikas\u00a0Bhawan,\u00a0New\u00a0Delhi,\u00a0by\u00a03\u00a0Applicants\u00a0seeking\u00a0following\u00a0<\/p>\n
        information:\n<\/p>\n
        “Plots\u00a0required\u00a0against\u00a0land\u00a0aquired\u00a0[sic]\u00a0at\u00a0Village\u00a0Maidan\u00a0Garhi\u00a0New\u00a0Delhi\u00a0–\u00a0110068”.\n<\/p>\n

\n        Ved\u00a0Prakash)\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0asked\u00a0by\u00a0him\u00a0is\u00a0not\u00a0clear.\u00a0\u00a0He\u00a0(PIO)\u00a0accordingly\u00a0requested\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
        Applicant\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0to\u00a0him\u00a0the\u00a0relevant\u00a0file\u00a0no.\u00a0so\u00a0that\u00a0necessary\u00a0information\u00a0can\u00a0be\u00a0furnished.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
        The \u00a0 Applicants, \u00a0 thereafter, \u00a0 filed \u00a0 the \u00a0present \u00a0 petition\u00a0 dated \u00a021.07.2011\u00a0 before \u00a0the \u00a0Commission\u00a0<\/p>\n
        complaining\u00a0that\u00a0they\u00a0have\u00a0not\u00a0received\u00a0any\u00a0reply\u00a0as\u00a0per\u00a0their\u00a0RTI\u00a0application.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
Decision<\/p>\n
   3.   During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Complainants\u00a0stated\u00a0that\u00a0their\u00a0lands\u00a0were\u00a0acquired\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0public\u00a0authority\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
        year\u00a01987\u00a0and\u00a0that\u00a0no\u00a0alternative\u00a0land\u00a0in\u00a0lieu\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0acquired\u00a0land\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0allotted\u00a0to\u00a0them.\u00a0They,\u00a0<\/p>\n
        therefore,\u00a0requested\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Respondents\u00a0be\u00a0directed\u00a0to\u00a0give\u00a0them\u00a0a\u00a0categorical\u00a0reply\u00a0as\u00a0<\/p>\n
        to\u00a0whether\u00a0they\u00a0would\u00a0be\u00a0allotted\u00a0the\u00a0alternative\u00a0land\u00a0or\u00a0not.\n<\/p>\n
