Director;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The appellant admits that he has received the information after the order of the FAA. The<br \/>\ninformation has been provided to the appellant but the following additional information needs to be<br \/>\nprovided:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>    1-     Original of the Transfer Certificate for his Grand Son and a copy of the affidavit based on<br \/>\n           which filed at the time of admission in lieu of Birth Certificate.<br \/>\n    2-     Query-7 &amp; 10: Specific information will be provided.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<pre>    3-     Query 17: Names of the guards.\n\nDecision:\nThe Appeal is allowed.\n<\/pre>\n<blockquote><p>      The PIO is directed to give the additional information as directed above to the<br \/>\nappellant before 10 October 2010 at 11.00AM.
