No.6724 of 2011\n                      YOGENDRA SINGH AND ANR.\n                                 Versus\n                         THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   29.03.2011            Petitioners being the parents of the husband are<\/p>\n<p>                   apprehending their arrest in a case registered under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 304(B)\/34 of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            It is alleged that the marriage was performed in<\/p>\n<p>                   2007 when the victim died in 2010. There is allegation of<\/p>\n<p>                   torture and demand of Rs. 1,00,000\/-. It is alleged in the<\/p>\n<p>                   F.I.R. that Rs. 20,000\/- was given to the husband.<\/p>\n<p>                            It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners that the informant himself admitted that with<\/p>\n<p>                   regard to death, it was the father-in-law who informed. It<\/p>\n<p>                   is further submitted that husband is in custody.<\/p>\n<p>                            It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant that for the sake of dowry the entire family has<\/p>\n<p>                   killed the victim.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the fact that the thrust of accusation<\/p>\n<p>                   is against the husband who is in custody, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners namely 1. Yogendra Singh 2. Urmila Devi, in<\/p>\n<p>                   the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court<\/p>\n<p>                   below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released<\/p>\n<p>                   on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   10,000\/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate,   Saran   at   Chapra   in   connection   with<\/p>\n<p>          Baniyapur P.S.
