SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 14\/02\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThe<br \/>\npresent First Appeal, though numbered in the year 2010, has been<br \/>\npreferred by the appellants-original claimants challenging the<br \/>\njudgment and award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims<br \/>\nTribunal (Auxiliary), Sabarkantha District, Himatnagar  in M.A.C.P.<br \/>\nNo. 448\/1986 in so far as not awarding full claim as prayed for.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tOn<br \/>\nthe death of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nappellants, Registry was directed to issue fresh notice upon the<br \/>\nappellants so as to enable them to make alternative arrangement and<br \/>\nit is reported that notice upon appellants nos. 1, 3 and 4 have been<br \/>\nserved and notice upon appellant no. 2 is unserved as expired.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tNobody<br \/>\nappears on behalf of appellants nos. 1, 3 and 4 though served and no<br \/>\nsteps are taken to bring the heirs and legal representatives of<br \/>\nappellant no. 2 on record.
