Urmila Devi, D\/o late Yadoo Bhagat.\n                All resident of Village Latraha, P.S. &amp; District Supaul.\n                                                                              -------Petitioners\n                                                     Versus\n                The State Of Bihar\n                                                                         -----Opposite Party\n                                                 ----------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03\/-   30\/09\/2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who is armed with<\/p>\n<p>                      carbon copy of the case diary.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    The    petitioners   apprehending     their   arrest   in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                      Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                      Code, are named accused in this case of assault and snatching<\/p>\n<p>                      some cash and kind in a petty dispute.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Submission is that it is counter blast of another case<\/p>\n<p>                      bearing complaint case no. 748 (C) of 2007. Moreover, the parties<\/p>\n<p>                      have resolved their disputes and in this regard compromise<\/p>\n<p>                      petition has already been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                      the event of the informant appearing before the court below<\/p>\n<p>                      supporting the factum of compromise with his free will and<\/p>\n<p>                      consent without any coercion and also stood as one of the bailors,<\/p>\n<p>                      in the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>                      four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                      furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with<br \/>\n             two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>            Judicial Magistrate, Supual, in connection with Supaul P.S.
