Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :30\/01\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                         -----------------------------\n                       W.P.(C) No. 3254 of 2009\n                    --------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 30th day of January, 2009\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner submits that by Exhibit P1 document, he acquired title<\/p>\n<p>over the 10 cents of        land mentioned therein. It is stated that<\/p>\n<p>subsequently he made Exhibit P4 application before the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to carry out<\/p>\n<p>Pokkuvaravu sub division in respect of the property. According to<\/p>\n<p>him, no order has been passed on Exhibit P4.
