No.25707 of 2010 (K)\n              ---------------------------------\n             Dated, this the 31st day of August, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this writ petition what is sought for by the petitioner is a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on Ext.P5,<\/p>\n<p>an application stated to have been made by the petitioner under the<\/p>\n<p>Survey and Boundaries Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.
