Perused the documents submitted by the complainant. It is observed that<br \/>\ncomplainant&#8217;s RTI-request dated 9.3.2011 was replied to by CPIO, Ministry of<br \/>\nMines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Nagpur, vide letter No. 12016(2)\/2006-RTI\/TC<br \/>\nPart-III dated 18.3.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.    The complainant has not availed the first-appellate channel u\/s 19(1) of<br \/>\nthe RTI Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     In order to avoid multiple proceedings in appeal and complaint, the CPIO<br \/>\nis directed to intimate to the complainant the name and address of the 1st<br \/>\nAppellate Authority within fifteen days of receipt of this Order before whom the<br \/>\ncomplainant can file first-appeal, if any.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
