No.6263 of 2011\n             SUBODH KUMAR SON OF ASHWANI KUMAR.\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   29.03.2011                Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 case registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 342,<\/p>\n<p>                 336, 353 and 504\/506 of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                 Sections 146 and 174A of the Railway Act.<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged against four named accused<\/p>\n<p>                 persons and 32-35 unknown persons to have entered<\/p>\n<p>                 into the cabin of the railway and obstructed the railway<\/p>\n<p>                 traffic. The petitioner was named in the F.I.R., but it<\/p>\n<p>                 appears that the name of the petitioner was taken by the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant on the basis of enquiry from the others.<\/p>\n<p>                              A statement has been made that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 has no criminal antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the general nature of accusation,<\/p>\n<p>                 let the above named petitioner, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                 anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>                 before the learned Court below within a period of 12<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>             10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>             amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway<\/p>\n<p>             Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kiul in connection with<\/p>\n<p>             Kiul G.R.P., P.S.
