Appellant&#8217;s \u00a0RTI\u00adapplication \u00a0dated\u00a004.08.2009, \u00a0addressed \u00a0to\u00a0SBI&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\nR.A.C.P.C.,\u00a0Raipur,\u00a0was\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0subject\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0number\u00a0of\u00a0loans\u00a0granted\u00a0by\u00a0<br \/>\nthe \u00a0 Bank \u00a0 to \u00a0 loanees \u00a0 between \u00a0 01.05.2005 \u00a0 and \u00a0 30.07.2009 \u00a0 on \u00a0 their\u00a0<br \/>\nproducing, \u00a0 what \u00a0 appellant \u00a0 has \u00a0 described \u00a0 as, \u00a0 certified \u00a0 copies \u00a0 of \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\ndocuments.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     It \u00a0 was \u00a0 denied \u00a0 by \u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO \u00a0 and \u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellate \u00a0 Authority \u00a0 on \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nground \u00a0that \u00a0such \u00a0an\u00a0information \u00a0was \u00a0not \u00a0centrally \u00a0maintained \u00a0by \u00a0them\u00a0<br \/>\nand\u00a0collecting\u00a0and\u00a0collating\u00a0it\u00a0from\u00a0over\u00a05000\u00a0files\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0a\u00a0drain\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\npublic\u00a0authority&#8217;s\u00a0resources\u00a0thereby\u00a0attracting\u00a0Section\u00a07(9)\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0RTI\u00a0Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     It\u00a0was\u00a0pointed\u00a0out\u00a0on\u00a0behalf\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0respondents\u00a0that\u00a0this\u00a0appellant\u00a0<br \/>\nhimself \u00a0 has \u00a0 attempted \u00a0 to \u00a0 have \u00a0 his \u00a0 loan\u00adapplication \u00a0 processed \u00a0 on \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nbasis\u00a0of\u00a0certified\u00a0documents\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0land\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0mortgaged.\u00a0\u00a0It\u00a0was\u00a0rejected\u00a0<br \/>\nby\u00a0the\u00a0Bank&#8217;s\u00a0R.A.C.P.C.\u00a0Office\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0ground\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Bank\u00a0needed\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\noriginals \u00a0of\u00a0these \u00a0documents \u00a0to\u00a0process \u00a0the \u00a0application \u00a0for\u00a0sanction \u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CIC_SM_A_2010_000487_M_46060.doc\u00a0<br \/>\n                                                                            Page\u00a01\u00a0of\u00a02<br \/>\n loan.\u00a0 \u00a0The\u00a0origin\u00a0of\u00a0appellant&#8217;s \u00a0above\u00admentioned \u00a0RTI\u00adapplication\u00a0lies\u00a0in\u00a0<br \/>\nhis\u00a0pique\u00a0on\u00a0account\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0above\u00a0refusal.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.    I \u00a0 find \u00a0 no \u00a0 infirmity \u00a0 in \u00a0 the \u00a0 orders \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO \u00a0 and \u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellate\u00a0<br \/>\nAuthority,\u00a0which\u00a0are\u00a0upheld.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.     Appeal\u00a0fails.\u00a0\u00a0Closed.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.
