No.10354 of 2011\n                         JAI PRAKASH YADAV\n                                 Versus\n                         THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   28.03.2011           Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 302, 201\/34 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                           In the F.I.R. though the specific accusation is<\/p>\n<p>                   against Manoj Kumar Sharma but two accused persons<\/p>\n<p>                   have   been   chargesheeted   and   investigation   is   still<\/p>\n<p>                   pending against other accused persons including the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner that though petitioner is not named in the<\/p>\n<p>                   F.I.R. but it appears that under certain misconception<\/p>\n<p>                   the I.O. has prayed for issuance of warrant against the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner which created apprehension of arrest to the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner. It is further submitted that co-accused Pappu<\/p>\n<p>                   Manav has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                   No. 503 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   namely Jai Prakash Yadav, in the event of his arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                   surrender before the Court below within a period of 12<\/p>\n<p>                   weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                   two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                   Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Phulwari P.S.
