However, after the<br \/>\nrecess, learned counsel for the petitioners appear and made an oral<br \/>\nrequest for restoration. Hence, the present group of petitions stand<br \/>\nadjourned to 16.10.2008 for final disposal with a specific<br \/>\nobservation that no further time will be granted on that day and the<br \/>\nmatter will proceed further in absence of learned counsel.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tToday,<br \/>\nthe matters were called out twice, none has remained present for the<br \/>\nrespondents. Shri Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the<br \/>\npetitioners fairly submitted that it is essential what is the say of<br \/>\nrespondent is placed on record by way of an affidavit for proper<br \/>\nadjudication of the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of this, these matters are adjourned to 18.11.2008 with a<br \/>\nspecific observation that respondent shall file their reply answering<br \/>\nthe contentions raised in the petitions, failing which, the matters<br \/>\nwill be disposed of even in absence of reply.
