The RTI request was filed on 22.04.08.      The Appellant requested for<br \/>\n     information regarding the Post of Dental Hygienists against 7 points<br \/>\n     including sub points.   The CPIO provided him with major part of the<br \/>\n     information vide letter dated 06.05.08.       On not receiving all the<br \/>\n     information from the CPIO, the Appellant filed his first appeal on<br \/>\n     03.06.08.   The second appeal was filed by the Appellant before the<br \/>\n     CIC on 25.07.08, reiterating his request for the information.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.   The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, heard<br \/>\n     the matter on November 27, 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.   The Appellant was present at the hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.   Shri K.V.S. Rao , CPIO, and Shri R P Sharma, Shri C.S. Mishra and Shri<br \/>\n     R C Sharma, represented the Public Authority.<br \/>\n Decision<\/p>\n<p>5.       The Commission reviewed the information that was provided against<br \/>\n         the 7 points for which information was sought in the RTI application,<br \/>\n         with the objective of identifying the missing information.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.       Based on the review, the Commission directs the CPIO to provide the<br \/>\n         Appellant with certified documents giving following information:<br \/>\n     \u2022   Reasons for different qualifications for Dental Hygienists required by<br \/>\n         Safdarjung and R M Hospitals.\n<\/p>\n<p>     \u2022   The criteria considered for change in basic pay of scale from the<br \/>\n         existing scale and clarification for keeping the basic pay of scale for<br \/>\n         Dental Hygienists working in Safdarjung and R M Hospitals same<br \/>\n         although the qualifications required for the posts b the two hospitals<br \/>\n         are different.\n<\/p>\n<p>     \u2022   The criteria     based on which recommendations have been    made for<br \/>\n         the pay of scales in the 6th Centre Pay Commission for Dental<br \/>\n         Hygienists<br \/>\n     \u2022   Definition of terminology &#8216;Pharmacist Grade-I&#8217; and &#8216;Pharmacist Grade-\n<\/p>\n<p>         II&#8217; used by the 6th Pay Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>     \u2022   Status of implementation of proposal for upgradation of minimum<br \/>\n         qualifications .\n<\/p>\n<p>     \u2022   Duties and responsibilities for the post of Pharmacist.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.       The information to be provided to the Appellant within 15 days of the<br \/>\n         receipt of this Order.\n<\/p>\n<p> 8.
