(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>               On August 27, 2009, this Court had passed the following<\/p>\n<p>order:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               &#8220;Mr.    Rangi   has   stated   at   bar   that   appellant<br \/>\n         Smt.Harbans Devi has expired and her legal heirs have not<br \/>\n         come forward to pursue the appeal. Hence, the resent appeal<br \/>\n         abate.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               Mr. Gill prays for time to seek instructions in this<br \/>\n         regard.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               On his request, adjourned to 1.9.2009.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>               Today, Mr. J.B.S.
