Now, the challan has been filed in which, case for offence under Section 143, 332 and 353 IPC has been registered. Petitioner is a student. It has been falsely alleged that he caused lathi blow on the person of injured Ratiram. Even otherwise, all the injuries sustained by Ratiram were simple in nature. There is no other case pending against the petitioner for any other offence whatsoever. Trial of the case will take a long.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tConsidering the submissions made at the bar, the nature of accusation, the materials on record and all other facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn the result, this bail application u\/S.439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is directed that petitioner Tofeek S\/o Mauj Khan shall be released on bail in FIR No.106\/2010 P.S.
