The respondent has received Rs.9,87,500\/- (Rs.Nine lakh\n\neighty seven thousand five hundred only) on 17.12.2007 in addition\n\nto Rs.2,50,000\/- (Rs.Two lakh fifty thousand only) from the\n\nappellant earlier in full and final settlement of all her claims. The matter was settled between the parties as follows:<\/p>\n<p>     The 6th respondent will draw the money (arrears) due under<\/p>\n<p>Ext.R6(c) order and thereafter pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000\/- (Rs.Two<\/p>\n<p>lakh only) to the 1st petitioner on behalf of the petitioners 2 and 3<\/p>\n<p>as well within one month from the date on which the said dues<\/p>\n<p>under Ext.R6(c) are received from the treasury. If there is failure<\/p>\n<p>to make payment as above, petitioners 1 to 3 will be entitled to<\/p>\n<p>execute this award and to recover the sum of Rs.2,00,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rs.Two lakh only) together with interest thereon at 10% p.a. from<\/p>\n<p>the date on which the money due under Ext.R6(c) is actually<\/p>\n<p>withdrawn by the 6th respondent. In view of the settlement, there<\/p>\n<p>will be a direction to the 4th respondent to effect payment of the<\/p>\n<p>entire amount due (arrears and future) under Ext.R6(c) to the 6th<\/p>\n<p>respondent.
