This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C is filed<\/p>\n<p>by an accused in C.C.No.2789 of 2007 on the file of Judicial<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate of the First Class-II, Thrissur. The offence alleged is under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 323 and 326 of I.P.C. Now non bailable<\/p>\n<p>warrant is pending against the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The petitioner is ready to surrender and face trial. Since<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner is prepared to surrender and face trial, there is no<\/p>\n<p>necessity to send the petitioner to jail. Hence this petition is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court on or<\/p>\n<p>before 10.07.2009. On such surrender, the learned Magistrate may<\/p>\n<p>allow the petitioner to go on bail.
