Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :15\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                       ===============\n                    W.P.(C) NO. 25883 OF 2008 F\n                   ====================\n\n             Dated this the 15th day of September, 2008\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner submits that he has been appointed as Lecturer on<\/p>\n<p>5\/10\/95 and was conferred Senior Scale and Selection Grade by Exts. P1<\/p>\n<p>and P2 respectively. According to the petitioner, Ext.P2 has also been<\/p>\n<p>approved by the University by Ext.P3. Following Ext.P3, the Principal of<\/p>\n<p>the College claimed salary payable to the petitioner by submitting Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>to the 1st respondent. It is stated that the same is still pending without<\/p>\n<p>orders. Petitioner contends that in similarly situated circumstances, this<\/p>\n<p>Court has granted relief to the petitioners in WP(C) Nos. 5533\/06 and<\/p>\n<p>connected cases and also in WP(C) Nos.17951\/05 and connected cases.<\/p>\n<p>The judgment in these two cases are Exts. P6 and P7.<\/p>\n<p>     2.     Since Ext.P4 claim raised by the Principal of the College by<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4 is pending consideration of the 1st respondent, at this stage, what is<\/p>\n<p>necessary to be done is that the 1st respondent should take a decision in<\/p>\n<p>this matter, in the light of Exts. P6 and P7 judgments.
