RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                     Bail Application No. 7356 of 2006\n\n                            - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                              DATED:  12-12-2006\n\n\n                                      O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioners who<\/p>\n<p>are   accused     Nos.   1,2,   4   and   5       in   Crime   No.       1289\/06   of<\/p>\n<p>Karunagappally   Police   Station     for     offences   punishable   under<\/p>\n<p>Secs.143,   147,   148,   323,   324,   307   and   427   read   with   Sec.   149<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seek their  enlargement on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.     Having regard to the nature of the   offences, the duration<\/p>\n<p>of judicial custody of the petitioners and the other circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case etc.,   I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.   Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners are directed to be released on bail,     with effect from<\/p>\n<p>18-12-2006,     on   each   of   them       executing   a   bond   for   Rs.   10,000\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount   to   the   satisfaction   of   the   J.F.C.M.,   Karunagappally,     and<\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              1. The   petitioners   shall   report   before   the   Investigating   Officer<\/p>\n<p>                  between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No. 7356\/06                         -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              2. The  petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the prosecution<\/p>\n<p>                   witnesses nor shall they   attempt to tamper with the evidence<\/p>\n<p>                   for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.
